Shipment
The shipping costs within Germany are: €4.99
Delivery is free of charge from a goods order value of
39 €, we only ship within Germany.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver packages to a Packstation.
The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days via DHL. We don't ship on Fridays because the chocolate shouldn't be stored unnecessarily over the weekend or be on the road. In summer we offer cooled shipping to protect the chocolate, you can find the additional cost of €3.99 in the checkout. Return

It's a pity that you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return products!

The easiest way to arrange your return is to follow the steps below:

1. You can declare your revocation within 14 days. If you would like to find out more about your right of withdrawal, you can read all the information about it in our terms and conditions.
2. Please pack your products in the original box for the return.
3. So that we can allocate and process your return, please send us an email with your order number, which you received in your shipping confirmation email.
